People often asks what’s the typical and normal time frame for a wrongful death case and the honest answer is there is no normal, there is no typical. I can tell you this however. Wrongful death cases are very complex, intensive cases that take a lot of time, a lot of effort and then often, it’s the situation where we spend a lot of money to adequately prepare that claim. These aren’t trivial matters. We understand that and we’re going to make sure that the insurance companies understand that as well. But clearly, this isn’t something that gets resolved in 3 or 6 months. This is a case that has to be worked upon seriously that has to be prepared so that, again, the insurance company understands just how serious, just how important it is and why they need to a fair and adequate sum.
